Payment Regulations

Article 1. Payment methods

1.1. Guests may choose from the following payment methods to pay for Services booked on the Website in accordance with Hoiana’s instructions for each respective Service Request:

a. ATM Card (Domestic Debit/Payment/Prepaid Card)

b. Credit cards, debit cards, international prepaid cards

c. QR code

d. Cash; or

e. Other methods as agreed upon in writing by the Parties from time to time.

1.2. In case of payment by card, transfer contents:

(i) Name of Guest/ Partner;

(ii) Reservation Request/Service Request Number;

(iii) Type of payment (deposit, payment…).

1.3. Hoiana reserves the right to make additional changes to the payment process and notify the Guests/ Partners in advance in writing or posting on the Website.

Article 2. Payment Terms 

2.1. Hoiana reserves the right to refuse to accept credit card payments from Guests/Partners in some cases at Hoiana’s discretion.

2.2. To ensure payment safety, Guests/Partners should note:

a. Only make online payments at the link window forwarded to by Hoiana;

b. Use and store cards (credit cards, ATM cards…) and account information/card information carefully;

c. Do not lend or use a payment card to make a reservation at Hoiana. As soon as any abnormal transaction is detected at Hoiana, the Guest should immediately contact Hoiana’s reservation department for timely processing;

d. In all cases, with international credit/debit cards, please do not reveal your CVV/CVC/CSC number (which is a security code, a set of three digits printed on the back of the card) for card information confidentiality;

e. Check your bank account regularly to make sure all card transactions are under control.

Article 3. List of Accepted Cards for Online Payment (Updated according to the service provider’s notice)

3.1. International cards:  Visa- MasterCard- JCB- American Express- Union Pay

3.2. Local cards:

a. Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development – Agribank.

b. Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam – Vietcombank.

c. DONG A Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Dong A bank.

d. Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank of Industry and Trade – Vietinbank.

e. Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Techcombank.

f. Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank – VIB.

g. Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank – TienphongBank.

h. Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank – HDBank.

i. Saigon-Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank – SHB.

j. Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock – Eximbank.

k. The Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank – MSB.

Article 4. In Case of Failed Payment Transaction

4.1. A failed payment transaction might be caused by many reasons. Guests/Partners may refer to the following causes:

a. The Internet payment function has not been registered with the Bank yet

b. For Visa, MasterCard: During the payment process, the Guest may be asked to enter the Password of the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode program… but the Guest did not complete this authentication step.

c. The card does not have enough limit/balance to pay. Some banks also have a daily spending limit for the card.

d. Wrong card information entered.
